City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Board approved a schedule of rates and fees at its July 14, 2010 meeting.
This has implications for: Rose Hills Garden, Solano Canyon Garden, Eastside Community Garden, El Sereno Garden, Orcutt Ranch, Sepulveda Garden, Roger jessup Garden, Ocean View Farms, and Wattles Farm.
These each are gardens that, the General Manager’s Report states: “are operated by the the City of LA Department of Recreation and Parks”. On November 23, 2010 at 6pm at the Sepulveda Garden Center 16633 Magnolia Blvd, Encino the Valley Region of City of LA’s Rec & Parks Dept will host a community meeting to address the plot fee increase.
