Free Rain Barrels — City of LA

The City of Los Angeles is giving away 1,000 55-gallon water barrels to LA residents.  To qualify, you must sign up for and attend one of their water conservation workshops, currently scheduled for March 14, March 28, and April 15.  For more information, visit www.scpr.org.
